Refund Policy

Purchases through Razorpay
This policy applies to Chirbirey subscriptions purchased through chirbirey.com. Chirbirey is provided by Altenup. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and Altenup is the seller responsible for your subscription and any refunds.
How to request a refund
The 14-day trial is free and is not charged, so no refund is needed for it. If you are charged for a paid month and believe the charge was wrong, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@chirbirey.com with the email used for your purchase and your payment reference. We review every request and refund genuine errors and duplicate charges in full to the original payment method through Razorpay. Fees for months already used are generally not refundable, except where required by law. Do not send card details by email.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel from Chirbirey’s Billing page to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions; cancellation alone does not submit a refund request. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
