1. Who provides the service

Chirbirey, available at chirbirey.com, is provided by Altenup (the “seller”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to the website and the Chirbirey service. Your agreement for the use of Chirbirey is with Altenup. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age and have authority to act for any business you connect.

2. Your account and the service

Chirbirey provides Mitra, an AI business assistant, along with customer messaging, order management and social content tools according to your selected plan. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and remain responsible for activity in your workspace.

WhatsApp and Instagram connections depend on Meta’s requirements, approvals and availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, specific sales results or growth.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Chirbirey for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or infringement of another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not upload malware, probe security, scrape the service without authorization, interfere with other users, circumvent plan limits, or attempt to jailbreak or bypass AI safeguards. You are responsible for obtaining permissions and complying with applicable messaging and platform rules.

4. AI inputs, outputs and moderation

You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded content, instructions and use of AI outputs. You must have the rights and permissions to provide all input content. AI replies, images and videos may be inaccurate or inappropriate: review them, verify prices and claims, and use human oversight. Outputs are not a substitute for regulated financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

You retain your rights in your inputs. To the extent permitted by law, Altenup does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you; outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection. You grant Altenup the limited permission to host and process your content solely to provide the service. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse or rights violations.

Rights holders can send takedown complaints to support@chirbirey.com, identifying the affected content and their rights. Repeated or serious infringement may result in termination.

5. Our intellectual property

Altenup retains ownership of Chirbirey and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Except as permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or copy our branding without permission.

6. Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Plans, prices and usage limits are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled. Eligible businesses receive a 14-day trial on their first subscription only; there is no setup fee. Each business workspace has its own subscription.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Altenup is the seller of your subscription and handles support and refunds.

You can manage your subscription from the Billing page. Cancellation does not immediately end access: it remains available until your paid period or trial ends. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription. If you need your business records, arrange an export before closing your account; privacy and retention handling is described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes through the service or your account email. Updated terms show their effective date. For questions about Chirbirey or these terms, contact Altenup at support@chirbirey.com. These terms do not limit mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
